So far, I've been sucessful at keeping up the pace with pursuing sewing jobs. I have one job done ready to be picked up and others coming in this week.
I also found an ad on craigslist for a company looking for home seamstresses to make backpacks and other outdoor items, called them and sent them a brief summary of my sewing experience and background. I'm hoping to hear from them soon.
In the meantime, I'm taking care of my little bean (Skyler) and beginning to make samples for some of the shops/boutiques that were interested in my products.
